I'm Veronica Taylor
I came to the U.S. at the age of eight and as an immigrant girl, I overcame the trauma of escaping a war-torn country and the perils of homelessness in San Francisco. At every turn I've transformed adversity into opportunity and now my life’s passion is to help others do the same.
In two decades of climbing the corporate ladder I developed a profound understanding of people. That allowed me to become a leader focused on creating space for others to grow. My professional background has afforded me opportunities to coach in a Fortune 500 company as well as small service-based organizations and 1:1 clients.
After being certified by iPEC almost 15 years ago I dedicated myself to getting people in touch with their resilient, courageous selves. My vision and expertise is geared towards challenging the status quo, navigating interpersonal dynamics and developing a vision for what you truly want in life. Together, we can turn challenging, seemingly impossible situations, into game changing opportunities.
At home I'm also a loving and devoted wife to my dynamic and successful husband. We are a family of visionaries who see every day as an opportunity to keep growing. It is my privilege to be able to homeschool our two daughters, coach amazing people, and engage in charitable work in my community.

Therapists, licensed professionals in mental health, specialize in addressing diagnosed issues through collaborative, long-term engagements that may include medication. In contrast, coaching focuses on partnering with clients to envision their optimal future and navigate the steps to manifest that vision. When the employer covers coaching expenses, a frequent concern revolves around the confidentiality of sessions. Be assured, as my client, our sessions remain completely confidential. Occasionally, the sponsor (your employer) may inquire about your engagement in the process. In such instances, my role as your coach permits me to share only whether you are engaged, punctual, and making progress.
Clients who've received less-than-favorable performance reviews in critical areas such as Relations with Others, Communication, and Professionalism will find substantial value in my coaching approach. Typically, those who have engaged in coaching for 9 months or more demonstrate remarkable improvements in their subsequent reviews.
